We are Sophie and Holly a married couple who just absolutely love everything food!
Our background is both in food and hospitality. Holly is classically trained chef and has cooked in many establishments and has a real flare for all different cooking styles. I (Sophie) have always worked in hospitality managing teams of people in different sectors including retail, private events and catering hospitality.
When we met we connected instantly over our love of food and soon started travelling around the world trying different cuisines and then experimenting with those flavours at home.
Street food was always our favourite things to eat and the connection you get with the owner and the passion you can feel inspired us to set up WhatTheCluck.
Fried chicken is an all time favourite of ours but we could never find the quality that we wanted. So we went home developed our ultimate spice mix and put ourselves out into the street food scene and its the best thing we have ever done!
We love cooking for people and being able to see the expression on there faces when they eat it!
